Gm Application (Desired Layout)

Okay, here is the desired format I'd like all G.M. applications to have (It doesn't have to be exact, but these questions MUST be answered for consideration. Yes, we DO check with other servers to see if you really HAVE been a G.M. there)
1. Have you ever been a GM before?
2. If so, where?
3. How long were you a GM on said server?
4. Will any other GM's from said server recommend you, and if so, who?
5. What skills do you have that you believe could help us grow as a community?
6. Can you dedicate at least two hours a day to the community on this server?
7. Are you a trustworty person that won't give out items to people just cuz they come crying?
8. Have you read the rules section to make sure you understand the guidelines for the server?
9. Have you read the GM Rules Section to ensure that you know what is and is not allowed?
10. If there was ONE thing about this server you think could make it better, what would that one thing be?
11. How old are you (be honest)
12. What timezone are you currently living, and what time (there) do you normally play?
